Lime Crime Liquid Lipsticks | Review / Swatches

Hey guys! So a while ago I decided to purchase a bunch of Lime Crime Velvetine Liquid Lipsticks, and I thought I’d review them for you guys today! I picked 3 shades myself, and then I also purchased a ‘Velve-Tin’ which is a beautiful rose shaped tin containing three of their mini Velvetines.

I love the idea of the Velve-Tin because you get to try out the formula, you get three shades for £22.50 (and I love having a huge range of shades of lipstick to choose from), the packaging is beautiful (see pic below) and I don’t know about you, but I never get through a whole liquid lipstick, so the minis will last me a while anyway.

So on with the review….

L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover Foundation First Impression / Review

Hey guys! Yesterday I filmed my first impression on the L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover Foundation. I shared my thoughts and opinions on it, and also checked in a few times throughout the day to show you how it lasted! Make sure to check out the video down below 🙂 xx

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation Review

Hey guys! It’s been a while since I last posted on here, as I’ve been focusing more on Instagram, but I promise I’m going to get back into blogging! Anyway, the other day I finally picked up the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation and I’ve been testing it out, so I thought I’d give you my thoughts and opinions on it. So lets get on with the review :)…

Firstly, I have to say it is very full coverage. If you’re looking for a natural foundation, then this isn’t for you, but personally I love a full glam look. Although it’s full coverage, it feels lightweight on the skin, and it doesn’t look cakey. It covers all my blemishes and redness, and it can be built up in areas that need a tiny bit more coverage. It has a demi-matte finish and it’s oil-free, so it’s perfect for my oily skin, and it lasts all day without getting greasy.

The packaging is beautiful. It comes in a frosted glass bottle with gold detailing, and it just looks so pretty and expensive. It also comes with a pump!!! (which I’m very happy about, if you couldn’t tell). You get 30ml of product, which is a decent amount, so it should last you a long time, seeing as it’s so full coverage.

I got the shade Porcelain, which is described as ‘very fair with neutral to pink undertones’, and I have to say it matches perfectly. It comes in 18 shades, so I think that there’s a shade to suit every skin tone!

It’s easy to blend, and just becomes one with the skin. I usually apply it with my beauty blender, but it applies equally well with a brush. It also photographs beautifully, it makes your skin look smooth, poreless and flawless!

I’d say that the only downside is the price. It retails for £29, which is quite pricey, but I guess it’s kinda reasonable for a high-end foundation, plus it will probably last you a while (as I said before :P). You can purchase it from Debenhams HERE.

Soooo, if you can’t already tell, I’m obsessed. I think that this has become one of my new holy grail foundations! As I said before, this is for those of you who love a full coverage. It is not a ‘natural’, ‘everyday’ foundation, but it would be great if you have problems with blemishes, dark spots or redness. It is great for photography, lasts all day, and there is a decent shade range available. I really recommend you give it a try!

I hope this helped! If you’ve been thinking about picking this up, I think you should!

Have you guys tried this foundation? If so, what did you think?

Thanks for reading,

Aisha xx

Kiko Eyeshadows – First Impression/Review

Hey guys! So today I popped into Kiko (just for a quick look), and I came out with 7 new eyeshadows (as usual). Their displays are too tempting; there are so many many products, so many beautiful colours, so many formulas, and everything is so affordable, so how could I not pick something up?

I’ve never really tried Kiko eyeshadows before, so I thought I would give them a go as they are only £5.90. AND GUESS WHAT? Online they are doing a special offer at the moment, and each Inifinity eyshadow is £2.80, can you believe it??? Anyway, I picked up six Infinity Eyeshadows and one Water / Long-Lasting Wet & Dry Eyeshadow. As they were so affordable, I didn’t really know what to expect, and whether they would be good quality or not, so obviously when I got home I had to test them out. So here’s what I thought; my first impressions/review + swatches + colour descriptions.

Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette

Hey guys! Welcome back 🙂

So today I wanted to review this beautiful creation of a palette… The Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette. You’ve probably all heard about this before, and that’s for a reason. It is such good quality, it’s full of beautiful warm tones (which is right up my street) and it’s so affordable at £15.50/€17.50 (what more could you want?). So let me get on with it, I’ll give a general review and a description of each shadow, along with swatches!

Charlotte Tilbury Glastonberry

Hey guys! Let me introduce to you… Charlotte Tilbury’s Matte Revolution Lipstick in Glastonberry. OMG just look at this beauty of a lipstick. You’ve probably all heard about it already, and there’s a reason for that, it’s perfection. So let me tell you more about it…

GlamGlow Masks – Worth The Hype?

Hey guys! How is everyone doing? Today I wanted to share my thoughts on these two GlamGlow masks – the SUPERMUD™ Clearing Treatment and the THIRSTYMUD™ Hydrating Treatment. I’m sure everyone has heard a lot of things about these masks as GlamGlow has been all over the internet over the past few years and these are probably some of the most famous masks on the market. They are super pricey so that’s why I want to share my opinion with you on them, so you can decide if it’s really worth spending the money on them if you’re thinking about purchasing one! So with all that said, let’s get on with the review 🙂

NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing well today. Basically, I am a foundation junkie and I’ve been trying out the NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation and I wanted to share my thoughts on it with you. I just wanna say that I am not that big of a fan of the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation. Honestly, I don’t get the hype. Maybe it doesn’t work for me because of my skin type or for some other reason, but basically it just doesn’t work. It kind of just sits on top of my skin and emphasises all my blemishes and fine lines whilst also getting oily and shiny very quickly. I do have very oily, blemish prone skin sometimes with a few dry patches around the cheek and nose area (yes it’s a NIGHTMARE) so it’s difficult to find foundations that work for all of these problems. This is my opinion on this foundation, maybe it will or will not work for your skin type, everyone is different and has different preferences when it comes to foundation, I recommend reading other reviews before deciding to try it out! 🙂 Now for the review…

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation

Guys… I think I’ve found my new holy grail foundation! Anyway, we will get to the review in a bit. first I’m gonna tell you a bit of information about the foundation and let you decide for yourself if it’s right for you 🙂

So, I am a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury as a brand. You can tell that Charlotte herself (I’m acting as if we are on a first name basis haha) is so passionate about her brand and every element of every product. She spent five years developing this foundation, making sure it was perfect and exactly what she wanted before she released it to the world. Charlotte Tilbury is a very high end brand and it’s pretty pricey but I can tell you that the quality of every product is phenomenal and definitely worth the price. There are 15 shades available so a great range and probably a colour to suit most skin tones.

Fleur De Force By Eyelure

Hey guys! I’m back with another post… this time it’s all about lashes!

I was really intrigued to try some pieces from the Eyelure Fleur De Force collection. I love buying products created by YouTubers because they work so hard and deserve support! I was browsing Boots and I saw a whole load of Fleur lashes… naturally I had to pick some up!

Firstly, I already love Eyelure lashes, so I had high expectations. Secondly, the collection looks lovely. She has created four styles.. One pack of individual lashes, two more natural looking lashes and one set of dramatic ones. I decided to go for the two more natural styles as this is what I prefer. The styles I picked up are called Simply Fleur and Fleur Loves.
